Are you a dedicated administrative professional? Concentrix is now hiring for a site administrative assistant!
Facilitate and coordinate Funcentrix meetings and help with implementation of ideas.
Maintain records of product sales, storing cash from the purchases (when client/CNX products are available for sale)
Maintain and update site capacity excel file. Publish to required parties as needed.
Maintain and distribute site call tree.
Initiate quarterly call tree tests.
Consolidate updates from Operations and Publish Seating Chart
Monitor and track completion status of key initiatives and required training (ex: COEBC)
Maintain inventory for all program headsets.
Ensure payments are made to vendors after following the PO process.  Reconcile with expense reporting.  Ex: Site Wireless Provider/Cable Provider
Order, track, and distribute all sites supplies (office supplies, welcome bag supplies, some cleaning supplies (sanitizing wipes), headset supplies
Assist with coordination of site visitors: request badges, provide guest Wi-Fi access codes, schedule boardrooms/meetings, coordinate and set up refreshment/lunches/dinners, handle media needs, set up branding, coordinate accommodations and transportation, create gift bags, etc.
Validate that supplies are not available via Coupa before shopping off-site for all supplies needed for site functions.  Pick up orders which cannot be delivered.
Set up meetings in the boardrooms, organize town halls and other major site events.
Create/maintain records for site expenses, PO’s and budgeting reports. Submit expenses in Coupa while ensuring P-Card reconciliation takes place.
Maintain and distribute Site Org Charts
Make travel arrangements / Assist employees setting up travel without company issued AMEX
Manage calendar/schedule of site meeting rooms
Prepare and coordinate internal correspondence/communications (message boards, Yammer, email, sharepoint, etc)
Update site bulletin boards and notices throughout building (receptionist assist with prep)
Set-up and attend meetings, including round table discussions.  Create/maintain agendas, develop presentations and record action items, ensuring timely completion of those items.  Take and distribute minutes for meetings.
