We are currently looking for bold and Technical Support Associates to start with our growing team at our Southfield, Michigan location. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for our client, provide product support, assisting customers with hardware and software troubleshooting.
This is not a telemarketing position, and no cold calling is involved!
What we are looking for:
· Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology
· Proven record of meeting or exceeding customer expectations and providing a great customer experience
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Enjoying your job and making a difference
· Required to type 26 WPM
