How would you like to work with the latest and coolest technology and earn some great money at the same time? You could be providing support for one of the biggest brands in the world. We answer incoming calls from product users and help them with account information, purchasing information, issues with gifting or specific content or with account authorization, refund requests and promotion song and video codes - pretty cool stuff! Need more challenge? We also have many opportunities for advancement. Since you will be supporting one of the top technology brands in the world, we use a database to help with problem tracking and resolution. But don't worry, we will teach you all of that.
If you do well, you could earn *$27K to $36K per year!* We have more great things to offer too; three (3) weeks of paid training, benefits after six (6) months, vacation entitlement in the first year, incentives and career opportunities.
*So what do you need?*
* High School Diploma or GED, some secondary level education preferred
* Minimum one (1) year call center experience or minimum one (1) year Face to Face customer service experience
* Strong communication skills
