JR. Contact Center Security Specialist
Role Description:
This role is a requirement to meet the contact center security requirements and to support CCSR, BCP/DR and SR related activities by addressing customer security & compliance requirements.
 
Job responsibilities:
  • Supports implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and practices to provide protection for the facility, information, equipment and personnel in accordance with customer requirements
  • Gathers customer security requirements as per the contract and/or as agreed to by the relevant parties
  • Analyzes the requirements, maps the customer security requirements with Concentrix controls
  • Responds to customer and Concentrix management concerning compliances, risk/vunerability management, business continuity management and other reports
  • Supports all compliance requirements and activities from company and client – this is not limited to information security
  • Develops and supports internal business controls
  • Interacts with various internal teams, GEO security SPOCs and other cross functional team members
  • Participates in evaluation of existing security systems and programs as well as participates in implementations of new or improved projects and procedures
  • Performs site level technical and information security activities including security education; documentation, material classification and controls and records management
  • Conducts internal assessment covering all aspects of customer requirements as per the schedule
  • Reviews personnel security program, including pre-employment screenings, clearance processing and maintenance, visitor control, vendor security and internal investigations
  • Provides incident management support to global security team
  • Supports customer assessments and closures of corrective actions plan
  • Participates in various internal audits across functions to strengthen the security practice
  • Provides corporate Security with regional updates and progress on security initiatives
  • Participates in security incidents support and investigations in accordance with the Information Security Incident Handling Process and Investigation Framework
  • Supports local implementation and maintenance activities concerning Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Assess threats, risks, and vulnerabilities(Weekly) from emerging security issues
  • Participates in contact centre security standards and guidelines for system configuration
  • Builds & maintains documentation for all procedures as required to continually improve levels of service & efficiency and meet quality standards.
 
 
 
Qualifications & Experience:
•      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•      Formal Security training (certificate) or equivalent: any of the following certificates would be a definite advantage, BSI ISO/IEC 27001:2013, CISSP, CISA – training will be provided for internal candidates not holding a Security Certificate but has IT training
•      Knowledgeable in regulatory issues relating to security would be an asset
•      Experience working with Open directory, iOS/MAC Security technologies an asset
•      Knowledge in security products & solutions i.e Mobile device management, Vulnerability assessment, Data leakage prevention would be an asset
Experience in compliance and regulations is essential to be successful in this role
