ABOUT THE ROLE
This customer service position provides first point of contact with retailors and loyalty program members to meet and satisfy general information needs. The Representative has the following areas of responsibility: answers general customer inquiries for products and services, account registration and maintenance, and provide insight regarding the loyalty program and promotions.
