We are looking for forward thinking, technically adept, ‘outside-the-box’ individuals to be THE source for our General Motors (GM) Customers’ answers.  There’s a lot of variety every day – you may get basic Wi-Fi service calls, in addition to more advanced infotainment support directly with the vehicle.  You will draw upon your current know-how and in addition be provided the best training and latest technology to ensure you are successful.  This is a customer/client support position (No ‘cold calls’ are involved!!).  You will be building relationships with customers and dealerships while being an ambassador of the General Motors brand.  In addition you get to work with caring leaders and join a close-knit team that will support you throughout your career.   • Strong customer etiquette with 1 year minimum of customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic proficiency with computers and programs (i.e Microsoft Word)
