  • 1 year+ customer service experience
  • Competency using Microsoft Windows

What you need to have:
 

• You must have high speed Internet Service, which will be tested as part of the application process.  Minimum of 5.0 mbps download and 3.0 mbps upload

• A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work, with a door that closes.

• An approved headset will be required before you start working with us.  They are not required as part of the application process, so please do not purchase them before we extend a job offer to you. 

• A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously. 

• We need you to be a “people person” who enjoys talking and assisting others.  Think about how much you enjoy receiving excellent customer service yourself?  Well, we need you to take pride in providing that same great service to others.

    • Operating System: OSX 10.6 or later
    • Monitor: 19”-22” LCD
    • Sound card with compatible USB connected headset

Headset Specification

  • USB headset for online training will need to plug into the agent’s computer. The USB headset will be needed prior to your first day of training and will continually be used for ongoing training. The USB headset must meet these minimum requirements:
    • Features a microphone
    • Hands-free
    • Connects to your computer via a USB port.
    • Features a mute button
  • The telephone headset to take calls will need to plug directly into the agent’s telephone base. The telephone headset is required in order to begin work. Because agents will be wearing the telephone headset for long periods of time, it must be comfortable, and meet these minimum requirements:
    • Hands-free
    • Corded. All cordless headsets are unacceptable
    • Features a "noise cancelling" microphone (quality should be clear and volume should be adjustable)
    • No cordless, cellular/wireless or VoIP phones (Vonage, AT&T CallVantage, etc.).
  • *Concentrix recommends Plantronics Models S10, T10, T11 or T12
