TITLE: STAFF ENGAGEMENT AND CULTURE DEVELOPMENT INTERN
LOCATION: PITTSFORD, NEW YORK
START DATE: September 6, 2017
STATUS: PART-TIME FOR 10 WEEKS / HOURLY / NON-Exempt
The goal of the internship is to provide the student awareness to insightful strategic aspects of human resources for our growing global organization..
Collaborate and assist in the creation of organizational development strategies focusing on leadership and culture building, inclusive of measurable outcomes.
Work with the team to leverage employee feedback and organisational awareness to generate insight and identify primary focus areas that drive stronger employee engagement.
Participate with planning and executing initiatives that build and strengthen the Concentrix culture across regions.
Collaborate with regional HR, Engagement and Delivery Leaders to obtain and library best practices and other inventory requirements.
Review and understand key policies and practices as they align to the Concentrix 3V operating philosophy and Culture.
Assist in the facilitation of initiatives and programmes that demonstrate our strategic focus on Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
Partner with staff, leadership and marketing to communicate the impact various company policies, procedures, programs, laws, standards, and government regulations have on staff
engagement and culture development.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Strong leadership, influencing, collaboration and partnership skills, working with leaders and staff in relationship management across all organizational business units.
Desire to understand staff needs and perceptions, and assist with turning those insights into effective engagement programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff, and influence culture.
Demonstrate Culture while building Culture Catalysts
Help to coordinate virtual round tables via Polycom with leadership teams within determined global facilities.
Assist with researching and creating development opportunities for global Culture Ambassadors.
