Job Description 
This position is a critical component of our dynamic and world class global sales organization. Our highly successful sales organization provides global solutions for a worldwide customer base. The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing profitable revenues through the development of prospects and marketing qualified leads to pass on to the sales team. Through our proven sales process this critical role will identify opportunities to present Concentrix service offerings. The job requirements entail completing the necessary metrics for calling into vertical markets, geographic region, or assigned marketing campaigns. 

Phone and web based prospecting with a pre-defined account list to identify qualified leads. All leads will be required to be fully qualified. Initiate and drive the discovery process on all new accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing organizations to identify areas of opportunity. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing and nurturing lead opportunities in the Technology or Banking and Financial Services Vertical. Key role is working in tandem with Senior Leadership Team and Directors of Business Development for Integrated BPO in Back Office, Customer Lifecycle Management and Renewals Services.

Possessing prior experience in one of our following ten key verticals is recommended and preferred:

Qualification/Education and Experience
College degree or relevant experience required. 
Possess a minimum of three years of experience developing demand, creating leads or selling consultative services.
Strongest consideration given to candidates with BPO & Call Center experience

Excellent communication, written and verbal; and organizational skills
Strong leadership and persuasive presentation skills
Documented track record of success in lead generation and or selling
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
