Business Development Executive- Healthcare

Concentrix is looking for a motivated, energetic Business Development Executive with a network and proven track record in selling business and outsourcing solutions in the Healthcare Industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales activities, and delivering successful sales results. The Business Development Executive will have specific annual goals and objectives, for revenue, margin and specific individual objectives. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• New client acquisition / prospecting and closing new logos, prioritizing acquisitions consistent with Concentrix Healthcare strategic direction
• Identify new opportunities with a consultative sales approach, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue stream
• Development of proposals/RFI/RFPs
• Actively participate on Healthcare Strategy team, analyzing market trends and implications, and developing sales and ‘go to market’ strategies to drive growth in targeted market areas
• Be educated on competitors – understand competitor vs internal SWOTs and collaborate with strategy team in developing differentiated POVs and providing inputs in offerings development
• Negotiate pricing, deal components
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets at profitable (target) margins
 
Graduate/Post Graduate
• 5+ years minimum overall experience selling in an outsourcing/consulting environment to the Healthcare Industry
• Strong Healthcare industry knowledge/experience, understanding business processes and technology, with required knowledge across e2e Payer scope (front and back office) – contact services, enrollment, membership services, claims processing, and provider services
• Experience in client engagements and preparing high value propositions / proposals
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills – ability to lead/drive cross-functional teams in timely delivery of client proposals
• Strong communications and presentation skills 
• Ability to identify issues/roadblocks and be proactive in development of solutions
• Ability to work and be comfortable in a fast paced dynamic culture 
• Proven history of achieving sales quotas with strong credentials
• History of developing and expanding strong client relationships
• Flexible to travel extensively"
