The Technical Writer works with internal application development teams/ delivery team, business owners to identify and document technology related business requirements. translate clients’ needs into application functionality. Additionally, this role assists with the creation of technical specifications.
Seeks out opportunities to leverage best practices and reusable objects to meet requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
Gather usability feedback from various stakeholders and document
Create Frequently Asked Questions (FQA) pages, How video’s and other technical contents of applications
Responsible for writing technical specifications manuals of all ADM projects
Assist in creating copy of publications related to technology, posting of publications websites and in Social media like, Official Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Research technical designs, reports and specifications, work with Project teams, Architectural governance team in clarifying and simplifying the documents
Work with relevant stakeholders to create operating instructions, Technical Specifications, user friendly guides on emerging technologies,
- Responsible to Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation in Organization
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) with 8+ yrs of related experience or Master Degree with 6+ yrs of related experience in technical or business area from an accredited four-year college or university required; an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Experience / Skill:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong customer service acumen
Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Project
Knowledge of Relational Database concepts
Knowledge of Oracle Concepts and Infrastructure
Knowledge of Internet/Intranet concepts
Good understanding of the tools, Practices and standard processes in Software development
