We are seeking dedicated, reliable customer service experts interested in a rewarding career working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Candidates must be passionate about helping people while maintaining a keen focus on exceeding our customer’s expectations. Ideal candidates must have an eye for detail, sharp listening skills and the ability to multitask.
- Handle a variety of calls from US and Canadian Members along with automotive Dealers.
- Meet designated goals for quality and AHT (Average Handling Time) in a high-volume call center
- Utilize complex internet and software platforms while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Document, escalate, and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Handle a high volume of inbound service calls (navigation, roadside assistance, troubleshooting, etc.)

Education / Knowledge:
High School Graduation or equivalent, General knowledge of windows-based applications and web technology
Experience / Skill:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment is required, 3 years preferred.
Excellent punctuality and attendance in addition to active listening skills a must
Excellent communication skills
