As a part of the Customer Care Team you will represent one of our leading automotive clients, General Motors of Canada Company. The Customer Care Ambassador is the first point of contact with current and potential customers and external parties. Responsibilities include answering general customer inquiries, obtaining customer information and data, inputting consumer data and file information. You will be working in partnership with other departments and dealerships as the liaison between our customers and clients.
You will participate in an interactive paid training in which you will learn everything you need to know. You will join a fabulous team, a great work environment, a beautiful site and a management team who truly cares.
