Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Advisor

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor supporting the OnStar account you will be responsible for helping people every day.  You will handle a variety of inbound calls; assisting customers with navigation support, road side assistance, emergency calls, education & selling of products and concierge services.

You will participate in an interactive paid training; in which you will learn everything you need to know. You will join a fabulous team, a great work environment, a beautiful site and a management team who truly cares.


·         Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

·         Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance


What we are looking for:

·         We are looking for candidates with a High School graduation (or equivalent)

·         Basic computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

·         Customer service experience

·         Fluent in both French and English
