  • Produces and edits correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and meetings for company and/or client personnel as required
  • Prepares meeting agendas, records minutes and distributes or reports out as required
  • Maintains responsibility for managing executive business calendars and diaries with attention to department or personal deliverables and priorities
  • Maintains and organizes business contact information
  • Inputs and submits business expenses on behalf of senior personnel
  • Takes responsibility for distributing business correspondence (e-mail or letter formats), reports and information
  • Organizes and maintains storage and retrieval systems for information, reports, documents and other materials through electronic or physical filing
  • Manages reporting systems through regular contacts, data input, tracking and distribution as required
  • Answers telephone calls on behalf of others, takes messages, redirects or provides information as needs dictate
  • Assists with department personnel administration, preparing letters and forms; tracking leaves, vacation, irregular hours, etc.
  • Develops and prepares Dealer proposals. Knowledge of organizational structures is an asset 
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Information Technology – Point Captain
  • Assistant to the Regional Director - calendar preparation, meeting preparation, coordinate all travel
  • Preparation of month-end reports
  • Primary contact for Regional Staff – timesheets, vacation tracking, routing, filing
  • Organize Dealer and/or Regional Meetings 
  • Global Connect authoring
  • All onboarding and offboarding of employees 
  • Office Manager - order supplies, coordinate facility repairs, security system maintenance
