Career Description/Summary:


Provisioning Advisors will receive direct key press calls from new or pre-owned vehicles (Welcome Call). While following a specific call flow, the agent, will enroll the vehicle, input personal subscriber information to a new or current account, activate the OnStar system. Our sales positions require the upselling of company products/promotions. 



They will handle Personal, Business, Company, Fleet, Rental, and Dealer Demo account types. There is a strong possibility associates will interact with a GM dealer representative.



·         Meeting designated goals for AHT (Average Handling Time) per call in a high volume call center

·         Upsell OnStar subscriptions. 

·         Handling multiple types of calls from members, businesses, dealers, etc. 

·         Utilizing complex internet and software platforms while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service     

·         Working within prescribed time limits and performance standards to exceed and or maintain designated sales quotas.     

·         Ability to function well in a high call volume environment.


 You will participate in a 5 week interactive paid training, in which you will learn everything you need to know. You will join a fabulous team, a great work environment, and a management team who truly cares.

Education / Knowledge:     

High School Graduation or equivalent, General knowledge of windows-based applications and web technology


Experience / Skill:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment is required, 3 years preferred. 

Excellent punctuality and attendance in addition to active listening skills a must

Excellent communication skills
