Career Description/Summary:

 

As an Inbound Retention Specialist you will provide support to one of our biggest automotive clients. We answer inbound calls, educate our members on the benefits of their current service, provide tailored subscriptions offers. You are the OnStar expert; you listen attentively to the member’s needs and provide best solutions using the services/packages available.

You will participate in a 5 week interactive paid training, in which you will learn everything you need to know. You will join a fabulous team, a great work environment, and a management team who truly cares.


Responsibilities:  

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Welcome new and existing customers; demonstrate compassion while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Maintain accurate documentation of calls and customer’s information
  • Provide knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


Education / Knowledge:     
                                               

High School Graduation or equivalent, General knowledge of windows-based applications and web technology

 

Experience / Skill:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment is required, 3 years preferred. 

Excellent punctuality and attendance in addition to active listening skills a must

Excellent communication skills
