Summary of Duties:                 
Manage major compensation programs including Global Profit Share programs for multiple countries, Global Executive Compensation, Annual/Quarterly incentive programs, etc. Lead compensation projects from design through execution, including detailed project planning, communication planning, and execution through cross team collaboration. Analyze, design, develop and manage the corporate compensation rewards program. Manage compensation initiatives such as Global Profit Share program by implementation and communication efforts. Effectively partner with Regional HR and business leadership to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues through the use of creative and strategic guidance. Perform job evaluations, conduct or oversee market surveys, collect and analyze market data, and maintain salary survey data. Develop, implement, and manage base salary survey and variable pay policies and programs based on business needs and by using best practice information.
           
Qualifications:                             
 Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field and two (2) years of experience in Program Management, Compensation, or related role.  A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and five (5) years of experience in Program Management, Compensation, or related role will be accepted in lieu of a Master’s degree and two (2) years of experience. Experience must include: Two (2) years of broad-based compensation programs (base/bonus/equity) management; Two (2) years of market pricing on a global scale; Two (2) years job evaluation; Two (2) years of Microsoft Excel; Two (2) years of HR systems including Oracle Fusion; Two (2) years of Microsoft PowerPoint; Two (2) years of Microsoft Word.
