This position is for our GM Customer Assistance Center Representative for our Inbound GM Customer Center located in Warren,MI. As an advisor you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from dealers or customers regarding questions about their warranty, recalls, and acting as a liaison between the dealership and consumer. They may also need help with locating a dealership in their area. We are looking for someone who has excellent time management skills, can work quickly on their feet, show empathy and has prioritizing skills. We are looking for someone who has case management skills up to one year and can carry the professionalism to represent the GM brands. We are looking for Candidates:
- Case Management skills (Working the Case from beginning to end.)
- Following up with the Customer and GM Field Reps
- Handling 30-40 Cases
- Providing Great Customer Service Skills
- Representing the GM Brands in a professional manner
