Job Summary 
 
Concentrix is looking for Inside Sales Representatives in support of their ZED Telematics program in its Rochester, NY office.
 
The Inside Sales Representative is expected to make outbound sales calls and handle incoming sales/support calls.  This representative will be accountable for delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting aggressive sales goals. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Meets and/or exceeds assigned sales productivity goals and/or quotas on a regular basis
  • Place outbound calls into targeted prospect accounts
  • Identify prospect needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Successful at building consultative relationships, understanding business needs and promptly converting opportunities into sales.
  • Manage customer expectations and escalation of issues
  • Log customer calls accurately, efficiently and using proper notations and dispositions
  • Remain knowledgeable of client’s product line, service offerings and requirements
  • Exhibit knowledge and understanding of policies/procedures and the ability to determine course of actions based on given guidelines
  • Digital onboarding concierge – Setting up new customers via client portal and mobile app
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using quick thinking and provided resources
  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with all Concentrix personnel policies

Desired skills:
 
•             Successful B2B inside sales experience preferred
•             One of more years of sales experience required; retail sales experience acceptable
•             Confident, energetic phone presence, excellent call handling, objection handling & closing skills
•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•             Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
•             Familiar with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
•             Aggressive, energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a quota-driven environment
•             Steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work
•             Helpful, supportive communication with management and peers
•             Leadership focused on consistent, accurate, quality work output
•             Bilingual Spanish a plus
•             Telematics and or trucking industry experience a plus
•             Ability to quickly and effectively problem solve situations
