Jeep Wave Customer Care Agent
This position provides first point of contact with current and potential automotive customers to increase loyalty and first choice preference during the vehicle shopping process, and direct qualified traffic to applicable dealerships. This position will also capture Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information for future marketing campaigns that are relevant and valuable to the consumers. Support various brand events, such as inbound registration, cross-selling, outbound welcome calls.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience / Skill:
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, E-Mail applications and experience in a Windows environment
- 1 year of Customer Service experience required
- Additional tasks may be required
