Job Responsibilities:

·         Conducts initial resume/application prescreen to determine candidate suitability

·         Processes all panel-ready solicited candidates for interview

·         Attends and facilitates panel Interviews

·         Facilitates individual post-interview candidate evaluation

·         Facilitates selection decision among qualified candidates

·         Conducts reference checks on candidates as required

·         Completes data input into electronic information system and assists with departmental organization

Essential Qualifications                                      

  • 1-2 years of experience performing direct placement interview preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting experience within an agency or call center environment preferred.
  • Must be flexible to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts and be open to weekends when needed depending on recruitment load.
  • Ability to navigate Windows PC operating system with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess the strong written communication skills.
  • High School graduation with course completion or enrollment in a HR professional designation program.

Teamwork - The ability to work effectively with others to generate a positive, productive and informed work environment.  Is united in the collective purpose
