Claims and Incentives Administrative

 

This position consists of auditing dealer incentives claims at a first and second level verification, keeping the system updated with current progress for call center reference. Sending various letter types, posting adjustments, tracking and uploading new and additional claim correspondence, auditing dealer co-op advertising claims, and providing secondary support on various tasks. Individual may be asked to assist with adhoc projects and/or assist Team Lead when necessary.

 

Specific Responsibilities

 

  • Handle estimated manual claims of approximately 1,000 per month - represents an estimated $72M per year in manual adjustments
  • Record payment run in ECCI, scan and file. Complete verification of payment run weekly.
  • Receiving, documenting, verifying and tracking all Dealer incentive claims
  • All approvals / denials of Retail and Fleet manual Dealer claims
  • Adjustments in UPIC on all Retail and Fleet manual Dealer claims
  • Dealer notification on outcome of claim
  • Perform adhoc Employee Purchase audits

·         Scanning and saving completed claims

·         Audit Dealer CO-Op Advertising claims

  • Record and disperse any incoming emails for: new claims/ missing paperwork in ECCI, Preferred Customer correspondence and Program Rules.
  • Assist with scanning and recording of incoming Sales/Fleet/90 Day Policies.
  • Maintain records for incoming Dealer Co-Op Claim completion and send weekly report.
  • Cross train for V1 Audit process – for backup.

 

 

Essential Qualifications

 

Education/Knowledge

·         University Diploma is required.

·         General knowledge of windows-based applications and ability to navigate a computerized information system.

 

Experience/Skill:

·         3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role. 

·         Good verbal communication skills.

·         Automotive environment ideal.
