Job Description: Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine.


Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Assists in planning and evaluating projects 
• Maintains records 
• Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations 
• Assumes operational assignments as a working member 
• Assists in the coordination of special or unusual projects 
• Ability to organize, plan, and document tasks
• Knowledge of basic technology in areas to which assigned 
• Analytical ability where problems are somewhat complex 
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. 
• Order and supply forms for production /hourly
• Order all stationary for production /salary
• Process and submit Photo ID cards, Keys, parking permits
• Weekly sorting & distributing of hourly pay stubs 
• Request and pick up slips for Safety boots/glasses 
• Issue paperwork for Core Keys, pick up from 
• Weekly charging & submitting for Salary 
• Payroll through GMTKS System 
• Exchange toner cartridges for all production printers

Required Skills/Experience: 
• Computer software proficiency: MS Outlook, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). 
• Customer Focused 
• Demonstrated integrity and trust 
• Advanced excel skills 
• Interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication skills 

Preferred Skills/Experience: ·One – two years work experience 
Required Education/Training: Two years college or equivalent training
