Deliver technical support for the streaming company,
Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support,
Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks eg. gathering feedbacks or late payment calls and similar.
Requirements:
Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
Fluency in Norwegian(C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2),
Administrative and technical knowledge,
Outstanding communication skills and good listener,
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service,
Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling,
Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between: Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00 and weekends between 10:00-18:00.
