Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at UPC. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise Java application development, modern front-end frameworks, and backend integrations. The candidate will be involved in hands-on development, ensuring code quality, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust enterprise-level Java applications.
Design, implement, and optimize front-end interfaces using Angular 8+.
Ensure seamless backend integration using Spring Boot, MVC, and Data technologies.
Develop and consume RESTful web services and handle JMS.
Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure high-quality code.
Conduct detailed code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster their growth.
Deliver first-time-right, zero-defect production code consistently.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java 8, Core Java, and J2EE.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot, MVC, and Data frameworks.
Advanced skills in Angular 8+ for developing user-friendly front-end applications.
Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Proficient in Oracle SQL and database management.
Ability to write and execute effective unit tests.
Proven experience in code review processes and mentoring junior staff.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Docker for containerization.
Knowledge of Tibco for integration and middleware solutions.
Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Integration Testing frameworks.
Understanding of Material Design principles.
Knowledge of ColdFusion.
Additional Requirements:
A strong track record of delivering zero-defect production code.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Commitment to onsite work at UPC.
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $120,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
