In this role you will manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and live chats, supporting schools, exam markers & families of students. You will respond to a variety of customer service enquires – offering clear information, guidance, and reassurance across multiple channels. Using available resources and professional approach, you will aim to resolve queries effectively, escalating issues when needed.
