Your Responsibilities:
- Assist business clients with travel bookings and inquiries
- Deliver personalized customer support via phone and email
- Manage travel reservations and changes with accuracy
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in the travel industry or customer service
- Proficiency with a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is required
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Confidence in handling client requests with precision and initiative
