The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Description
Your responsibilities
- Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls)
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations
- Ongoing reporting in the systems
Our requirements
- Knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2)
- Availability to work in the office in Lublin (Czechów district)
- Skills in operating Windows and MS Office
- Openness in relations with customers
- Communication skills and an attitude to working with people
- High personal culture and customer orientation
