Summary
The Associate, Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating and delivering targeted training and coachings to enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales processes and systems. This position collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop and implement responsive programs that support business needs, promote efficiency, and increase productivity. He/She/They work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
Description
- Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance sales-specific knowledge and skills
- Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of operating plan targets and high sales
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and coaching programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills
- Analyze data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories
- Oversee and measure the delivery and quality of provided training to ensure effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience
- Maintain high levels of communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships
- Organize refresher sessions based on the relevant topics to upskill sales skills
- Work on sales motivational incentives to boost sales
