What you’ll be doing at Concentrix Greece:

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Optimization: Engage proactively and reactively with clients to assess and optimize product performance.
• Knowledge Development: Develop and share expert knowledge of our advertising solutions, including performance impacts and implementing tools like conversion API, Pixel and Catalog.
• Contacting new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email daily, identifying proactive technical opportunities and providing the businesses with the right technical set-up for their business goals.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate technical product adoption.
• Become an expert on all technical advertising solutions (including Shops, Pixel, CAPI, Catalog, Business Manager, Commerce Manager, etc.)
• Providing vital product insights & feedback using the technical products and sharing feedback from the advertisers.
• Use a variety of tools to communicate and drive advertiser’s business to success in adopting technical solutions.
• Being sales driven and number driven, leveraging customer satisfaction to encourage and engage the advertiser in improving results and increasing the budget.
