Summary

The Communication & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in supporting and executing internal communication, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives in the Czech Republic & Slovakia. The role contributes to strengthening the company’s culture, enhancing employee experience, and increasing brand visibility in the local market. Operating under the strategic direction of the Regional Communication Lead, this position works closely with regional comms & engagement teams and local stakeholders to ensure message consistency, a unified employee experience, and effective implementation of communication and engagement activities across all pillars.

Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Communication

Draft, edit, and publish internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and campaign messages. Maintain and regularly update internal communication platforms (intranet pages, email channels, digital screens). Coordinate communication campaigns that promote company initiatives, events, programs, and key updates. Ensure messaging is clear, timely, aligned with regional guidelines, and engaging for employees. Collect feedback and monitor performance of internal communication channels to propose improvements.
