Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Design and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
- Multichannel Content: Create and distribute effective content through various communication channels, including emails, intranet, meetings, and other relevant media.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure consistency and alignment of internal messages.
- Internal Events: Plan and execute internal events, such as company meetings, celebrations, and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Implement mechanisms to collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably in companies with a large and diverse workforce.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of internal communication tools, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas for internal communication, maintaining the freshness and relevance of messages.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines and objectives.
- Adaptability: Be proactive and able to adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving business environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Additional certifications in internal communications will be considered a plus.
