As a part of our team, you will work with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds at our vibrant Ballarat delivery centre. Bring your exceptional customer service skills to a new career commencing on the 6th of January, 2025.
We are looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists to join us in processing billions of transactions, automations, and interactions, utilising proprietary data and insights to drive transformative solutions for industry-leading companies and visionary startups alike.

Key Role Details:
- Start date 6th January 2025
- Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm
- Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities at out our Mt Helen- Ballarat site
- Hourly rate: $27.17 + super and penalty rates. Performance bonuses ensure your hard work is recognised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customer service and account management
- Deliver a personalised experience for each enquiry
- Support customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and email
- Guiding customers through the eligibility criteria for release of super.
- Communicating with third party authorities and financial advisors relating to customers accounts
- Handling of customer objections and complaints
- Adherence to key performance indicators KPI’s and legislative requirements
Who are you?
You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. Whilst contact centre experience is advantageous, exceptional customer service skills are a must!
- Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer emotions and situations.
- Strong resilience to adapt to changing environments and handle challenging situations with ease.
- Keen to comprehend individual customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and programs efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Driven by the ability and motivation to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
- Possess efficient investigation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Adaptable and quick to retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving market conditions.
