We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to drive business insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with internal and client units to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business strategies, processes, and services
- Scope and manage analytical projects, including timeline creation and documentation
- Leverage data reporting to gain business insight and operationalize opportunities identified, with the possibility of employing statistical analysis for trend/insight validity
- Synthesize best practices, account/brand updates, news and current events and identifying impacts and applications to support
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other dashboarding applications.
- Create advanced data models and perform statistical analysis using Python to support business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and automate reports and data pipelines for streamlined reporting processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Years of experience 1-3
- Ideal Industry: Banking and/or Insurance
- Advanced/expert skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Python, Power BI and other similar Dashboarding applications
Technical competencies (include certifications)
Degree Preferred in Statistics
