Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Specialist/Sr. Specialist, Sales Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams across South Korea and SEA. You will be instrumental in driving sales renewal rates by managing pre-and post-sales administrative tasks, enabling smooth lifecycle selling.Responsibilities
Sales Administration Support
Relieve internal and external sales teams of pre- and post-sales administrative duties
Maintain accurate sales quote documentation, including pricing and configurations
Update customer contact information across CRM and sales pipeline systems
Administrative Tasks
Process sales orders, enter sales data, and review sales contracts
Prepare sales quotations, manage invoices, and track documents
Create sales renewal packages with historical pricing, subscription statuses, and discount data
Handle sales bookings, including purchase order processing and booking reconciliation
Data Management and Analysis
Identify renewal opportunities by analyzing data sets and participating in sales cadence meetings
Investigate sales trends related to downsell or churn and support high-risk renewals using CRM ticketing platforms
Reporting and Standardization
Prepare sales data documents, generate ad-hoc reports, and drive process standardization to maintain database accuracy
Perform quality assurance and update process documentation as needed
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring database integrity and responding professionally to customer and stakeholder queries
Competencies
Native Korean
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 Years of Experience preferred
Fluent in Native Korean and proficient in English (B1/B2 level) to drive business conversations across South Korea and SEA
2-5 years of relevant working experience in administrative function with advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
This role will require you to provide administrative sales support to our internal and external stakeholders across South Korea and SEA
High integrity to manage confidential internal and external client information

Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to manage large and complex data
Strong sense of accountability to manage high priority escalation
Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data
