The PS Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner is accountable for developing and driving human resources strategies that are closely aligned with the business objectives. This role involves serving as a senior advisor and implementing comprehensive HR programs to support organizational growth and compliance, specifically focusing on labor regulations and advanced HRIS tools.Design, Evaluate, Analyze, and Implement HR Strategies:
Lead the development of HR programs encompassing employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, and performance assessments to execute long-term strategic objectives.
Trusted Advisor Role:
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, delivering guidance on complex HR challenges, management practices, and talent management solutions.
HRIS & Policy Compliance:
Manage and enhance HRIS platforms like Workday to optimize processes.
Ensure all practices comply with local labor laws, social security, and income tax legislation.
Employee Relations & Management:
Handle disciplinary actions and support management in resolving workplace issues.
Provide resources for proactive HR solutions that reinforce organizational values.
Training & Development Facilitation:
Lead sessions on performance management, HR policies, and succession planning.
Champion learning initiatives to bolster leadership and employee growth.
Data Analysis & Decision Support:
Deliver comprehensive HR metrics analysis and consult with management on strategic decision-making through well-communicated findings.
Issue Resolution & Investigations:
Oversee investigations related to labor issues and coordinate resolution processes.
HR Communications Development:
Orchestrate the creation of communication materials to support new processes, systems, and technological advancements.
Innovative HR Practices:
Continuously evaluate HR practices against industry trends to recommend improvements that promote business competitiveness.
Act as a culture partner:
Actively communicate and reinforce corporate philosophies and leadership practices to maintain a high-performing work environment.
University Degree Required:
Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of Jordan labour law, social security regulations, Employee Relations and Talent Management
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Very good understanding of Payroll and Attendance, Recruitment, Learning&Development
Around twelve years´ experience in a relevant field with at least three years´ experience managing a team within a HR function
Proficient in using Workday
Background in a fast-paced sector (BPO, Hospitality or FMCG) preferred
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to present effectively to various stakeholders.
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in data analysis and visualization.
Demonstrated leadership in project organization and prioritization within dynamic environments.
Initiative-driven and detail-oriented with expertise in problem-solving.

Based in Amman, Jordan - with weekly visit to Irbid
