- Hourly rate between £12.25 with monthly bonus earning opportunities!
- Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Newcastle City Centre & from the comfort of your own home.
- Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Saturday.
As an advisor with Virgin Media/O2, our customers interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from existing Virgin Media/O2 customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as tech issues, payments, billing & aim to drive sales through great service.

What you’ll need
- A minimum of 6 months experience within a sale’s role (Desirable) or working towards monitored targets.
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels.
- A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems.
- A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps.
