Think of this role as part project manager, part facilities expert, part master coordinator:
Leading the facilities workstream for new business wins and growth projects
Planning, scoping, and delivering capital projects from start to finish
Preparing tenders and working closely with trusted suppliers and contractors
Building and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Coordinating with local facilities teams, compliance, quality, and support functions
Keeping everything audit-ready, regulation-friendly, and data-accurate
Managing change smoothly to minimise disruption to day-to-day operations
Producing clear weekly project updates (no mystery reports here!)
Ensuring estate plans, diagrams, and site records are always up to date
Making sure work is completed to a high standard—and fixing it when it’s not
Planning future space, growth, and resource use in line with business strategy
Leading, motivating, and coordinating teams across multiple responsibilities
In short: if it involves facilities, projects, people, or planning—you’ll have a hand in it.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, capable, and calm under pressure:
Solid experience working in a facilities environment
Proven ability to manage suppliers and contractors across the full project lifecycle
Previous project experience within a contact centre environment
Strong understanding of both the theory and practice of project management
Great communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to anyone, at any level
Confident using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
Health & Safety qualifications? A big plus
Because this isn’t just about buildings—it’s about creating spaces that help people do their best work. You’ll have real influence, real responsibility, and the chance to leave your mark on a growing, dynamic business.
Sound like your kind of challenge?
We’d love to hear from you.
