You will:
Track, triage, and address VBD bugs and feedback
Engage with the technical community to understand the Technical and Delivery requirements
Fix content/lab issues and maintain scripts and VMs in LOD
Maintain content quality and standards
Maintain accessibility standards
Coordinate localization of content
Maintain delivery guides associated to labs
Partner with TPM on creation and maintenance of Readiness for workloads
Maintain associated slide decks and work with IP Owners for sign-off on changes/updates
Work with TPM to ensure updates are implemented in the tools
Ensure product deprecations are managed and flagged to IP leads
Standardize process and tracking for all labs
What You need to have is:
Strong Development background – coding
Scripting ability with PowerShell
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly by asking the right questions.
Deep understanding of one of the areas: Security, Azure or AI, M365
Experience with Labs
Experience with Copilot or another AI
