Job Description
The Advisor I, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.

What you’ll be doing at Concentrix Greece:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales to achieve client goals.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of small business clients, focusing on revenue growth.
- High volume proactive outreach
- Client Needs: Prioritize outreach based on an understanding of client needs and research vertical/market industry insights.
- Tailored Solutions: Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals.
- Product Optimization: Engage proactively and reactively with clients to assess and optimize product performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experience.
- Knowledge Development: Develop and share expert knowledge of our advertising solutions, including performance impacts.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German, Dutch, or Italian with a very good command of English (at least B2 level).
- Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in social media and/or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are desired.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year overall strong sales-oriented outlook, including:
- Short sales cycles
- High volume proactive outreach
- Immediate implementation or adoption of recommended solutions.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience for a one-touch service model.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, having accountability of own metrics and results.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven approach
