Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing RCA for performance, downtime/ incident
• Maintaining short term Schedule management
• Understanding of BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
• Business performance analysis hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
• Process Improvement and Critical thinking
Key skills & knowledge:
• Strong Communication skills – verbal and written as client facing role
• Good exposure and hand-on experience on WFM tools, like – Aspect, IEX, etc
• Experience in managing multi-site and multivendor environment.
• Knowledge of contact center methodologies and operational principles.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to review and interact with vendors to align their plan to the business enterprise plans.
• Incident Management and change Implementation exposure
• IVR Management and maintenance is an add on for different channels
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable with Rotational Shifts and week off (24 X 7 work culture)
• Hands on experience in MS-Office- preferably in MS-Excel and Power Point
• Interpersonal skills and Teamwork
• Analytical / Quantitative skills
• Data Handling / data interpretation
• Process orientation & structured thinking.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
