WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:
Coordinates resolutions to customer vehicle issues, dealership complaints, warranty policies, and more.
Corresponds to customer inquiries from inbound inquiries, emails and mail
Provides campaign information to customers and documents according to Consumer Affairs policies
Documents customer inquiries received from customer correspondence and corporate surveys; updates consumer affairs case files with appropriate documentation
Acts as a liaison between National Consumer Affairs and the Regional Office regarding Consumer Affairs related issues
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Advisor role include:
Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry experience is preferred.
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed with prior notice.
Dependable with proficient attention to detail while being able to focused and multi-task efficiency.
Demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner.
Proficiency in fast-paced environments
Eagerness to learn new technologies

The base salary for this position is $23.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP), registered retirement savings plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid training days.
