Job Description

This role is responsible for accessing, manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data to enable the creation of dashboards and reports.

The role will primarily be involved in the downstream data cycle:
• Carefully analyzing the data provided, ensuring its quality.
• Responding to requests from internal/external customers for the development of KPIs and Dashboards.
• Supporting BI Analysts/Specialists in responding to requests for data and ensuring their SLAs.
• Executing support routines for the delivery of the area's SLAs.
