Job Description

This role involves interacting with customers who call in with various inquiries related to both traditional and online banking services. The primary responsibilities include providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues that may arise with clients' accounts or services. which could range from account discrepancies to technical difficulties with online banking platforms.

Key Role Details:

• 10th of June start date, apply now!

• Full-time and stable opportunity

• $26.18hr + Super & Penalty Rates! 

• 6 weeks of comprehensive training, including 2 weeks classroom training, Mon- Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• 4 weeks hands-on learning, Monday to Friday on rotating roster between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Choose to work from a wide range of shifts, ensuring coverage 24/7 to meet the needs of our team and the individuals we serve.

• Work from home/hybrid arrangements available dependent on shift times and competency

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Actively listen to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy while establishing credibility and rapport and using good decision-making skills appropriate to customer situation. 

• Implementing a resolution by taking proactive steps to address the customer's issue effectively.

• Tailored resolution to assist customers with banking needs.

• Deliver high quality customer interactions while balancing client outcomes and following compliance requirements.

• Effectively utilize your existing and newly trained computer skills across a variety of banking systems.

• Communicate client specific knowledge to customers accurately and effectively.

• All other duties as directed within the scope of skills and training. 

• Must be familiar with technology and open to learning new systems with working knowledge of computer and software applications.
