Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Renewal Sales Specialist role will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team.

You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion for health technology products across South Korea region.

As part of our organization’s growth, this expansion role is a permanent position where you get to develop a new technology business line as our organization expands the business. We’re looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication and strong stakeholder skill. You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situation and manage complex, deep relationship to help the customer to uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.

Successful candidates are seasoned and experienced professionals that are excited to resolve a wide range of issues and handle objections in creative ways. You get to cultivate deeper relationships across longer sales cycles with prospect contacts across various organizational levels. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
