Job Description

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems activities. Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. Ensures finished products conform to government and company standards regulations.

● Experienced level professional in a Supervisory role, able to independently execute on predetermined work assignments and problems of moderate scope. 
● Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Is able to use experience and judgement in providing direction on issues that require deviation from guidelines.  
● Ensures work of subordinates delivery is in line with operational and / or contractual obligations. 
● Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility. Able to coach team members to handle and resolve issues of moderate scope. 
● May interact outside own work group to collaborate with peer managers and / or client organization representatives. 
● Builds productive internal/external working relationships. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the entire unit. 
● Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit. 
● Provides supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.  
● Reports to Manager/ Sr. Manager
● Coaches entry level supervisors and assists Manager in day to day handling of routine issues
