Join our vibrant team in Cape Town as our Candidate Engagement Specialist, where efficiency meets teamwork in the most exciting way possible. In this role you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment process, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
We're looking for someone with impeccable communication skill and exceptional telephone manner. Someone who can listen not just to words but to the unspoken too, as you'll be collaborating closely with our Candidate Engagement Team Leader to handpick candidates through telephone interviews for our Recruitment Consultants.
What you will do in this role
Providing candidates with an exceptional first experience. You'll be their guide, selling the role, the opportunity, and our business with enthusiasm and clarity
Managing talent pools and applications via ATS systems
Shifting applications based on client and campaign needs, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish
Taking charge of inbound and outbound calls, conducting telephonic pre-screening with applicants to determine who progresses to the next stage, ensuring only the best fit candidates move forward.
Handling all forms of communication with applicants, from voice to email to SMS keeping them informed and engaged throughout their journey
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs, ensuring our recruitment process remains on track and delivers against client and business requirements
Tracking the percentage of candidates who are booked and attend and pass any scheduled interviews
Gauging candidate satisfaction to continuously improve our recruitment process
Monitoring the headcount delivery to ensure we meet our recruitment needs
Keeping our ATS fully updated as candidates progress through their journey, understanding the impact of accurate data on wider onboarding activities and critical reporting requirements
Monitoring the talent pipeline by flagging any reductions in applications or risks to delivery to your line manager promptly
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to define candidate profiles based on previous success factors, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
Your qualifications and experience
Concentrix is a great match if you have:
A matric certificate
A minimum of 6-12 months experience as Recruitment Administrator or experience within a bulk recruitment environment essential
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proven track record of delivering against high-volume productivity requirements
The ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the trust of both candidates and the organization
Drive and determination to meet exceeding targets
A level head and calm temperament when multitasking or under high pressure
A keen eye for detail through remaining procedure driven
