As a Lead Project Manager, you will:
Lead larger, complex projects and manage multiple concurrent projects for the same client.
Educate and train our clients on Agile, product driven development and delivery.
Partner with and influence our clients to develop their product roadmap and implement best practice agile project delivery processes and practices.
Provide governance, stability, and proactive improvements within the Project Management Team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the single point of contact.
Partner with and inspire diverse teams of UX/UI experts, software engineers, and analysts.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Support the Sales team in recognising and developing new sales opportunities.
What You Bring:
Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience in a digital environment.
Expertise in digital/software delivery projects, particularly in the mobile, web and CCaaS space.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in digital projects.
Experience in coaching teams to adopt and improve Agile ways of working.
Experience in product management and development and delivery of product roadmaps.
Proven success in managing diverse teams, including local and global offices, and remote workers.
Experience with Google Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, and other project tools.
Willingness to work on-site with clients when required (likely 2-3 days per week on-site with client).
