Summary

As a B2B Website Merchant and Digital Commerce Analyst, your primary focus will be analyzing and enhancing the B2B Digital Platform for Aftermarket parts to drive profitable sales and improve user experience.

 

Responsibilities:

·     Conduct analysis of B2B website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

·     Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics to gather insights and strategic merchandising and promotion.

·     Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to enhance the digital commerce experience.

·     Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the B2B website's interface and navigation for improved usability and customer satisfaction.

·     Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

·     Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to improve conversion rates, repurchase frequency, and basket size.

·     Work with Dealer Success team to communicate site enhancements for training dealers on upgraded features.

·     Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of product listings, pricing information, and promotional content on the B2B website.

·     Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital channels.

·     Work with the business and Corporate IT teams to manage the technical aspects of the Salesforce commerce platform, including system integrations, payment gateways, and security protocols.

·     Stay informed about latest technologies and industry best practices.

·     Create regular reports and dashboards to track (KPIs) related to digital commerce metrics.

·     Provide relevant recommendations based on data analysis to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

·     Communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management through presentations and written reports.

 

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related field.

·     Experience digital commerce analysis.

·     Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, with an understanding of how to use data to guide insights and action.

·     Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and understanding of how to use Salesforce for sales optimization and customer relationship management.

·     Experience with any of the e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento or Shopify or WooCommerce but Salesforce is preferred) and content management systems (CMS).

·     Experience in interpreting complex data sets and draw insights.

·     Project management skills.

·     Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital commerce and e-commerce technology.

·     End-to-end sales and sales operations understanding and background
